This car is my baby, I spend a lot of time taking care of everything from polishing and waxing the paint, to doing my own mechanical work. I'm not a master technician and there's a lot of things I can't do but I hope one day to be able to take a car…

I love changing my oil
The whole reason I started this profile yesterday was because I went out to purchase oil for my "regular" oil change. I had recently reached 3,000 miles which is when I typically change my oil and oil filter. I also decided to change my air filter 2,000 miles earlier and clean my Mass Air Flow sensor, which I do every change with adding in some Seafoam to my gas tank.

Purple Ice... works too good?
Back when I used to live in Utah, I added some Purple Ice to my radiator fluid to help keep her cool, since I love hitting 8,000 RPMs often. It worked great, my engine temperature gauge never goes 3 clicks over the cold point (it being a digital meter). I can be pretty demanding on my engine, so I need her to not get too hot.
Unfortunately, when winter came along, I think it worked too well! The heater would take a long time to warm up and I'd freeze my ass off! Haha! Of course, it is only a sm… Continue
